ACL360

ACL360 (Access Control List), is software that governs access control, user set up, system permissions, user groups and roles, individual capabilities and system configuration of PIM360 and CLS360.

Individual Class Library Access control

Each class library created within CLS360 is automatically set as read only. A new capability has been created in ACL360 to manage access.

An Administrator must assign this new capability to a role before it can be edited.

Accessing ACL360

You can access ACL360 directly via a URL (normally the same URL as CLS360, but with ACL360 in place of CLS360).

Alternatively to access ACL360, in either PIM360 or CLS360, click on your username in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Select Manage Account from the drop down that appears.

ACL360 will open in a new browser window.

Access and Usage Reports

ACL360 can provide you with the following reports:

• User capabilities – lists PIM360 or CLS360 users and the capabilities they have assigned to them.

• Event Log – lists events that have occurred within PIM360 or CLS360, when they occurred and which user it was.

Each of the above reports can be restricted to the following time periods:

• Hour

• Day

• Week

• Month

• Quarter

• Year.

To access the reports, click on the administration icon, and select Analytics from the drop down that appears.

The analytics screen will then appear. The default view will give you a summary of events, and users for the last month.

To access the reports, click in Report Type, and select either Event Log, or User Capabilities.

The corresponding report will now populate the screen.

Apply and date / time restrictions to the report by selecting time periods in the Show Last drop down and selecting a date in the To field.

To export this report, click on the Download CSV button.
