Facility Explorer Overview

The Facility Explorer drills down into individual Facilities via a Location or System breakdown of the asset and shows the corresponding tags, documents or equipment.

Hierarchy

The top portion of this screen is the breakdown of Facility to System and Location.

To expand a System or Location, to view the next level, click the next to the one the section to be expanded.

Tag counts and completeness statistics can be seen at each level.

To view the tags in a particular System or Location click on the desired row.

Tag Viewer

On selecting a System or Location to view in the hierarchy pane, all the tags in the system will appear in the tag viewer pane.

To view more information about the tag,

• Single click on the row and the tag information appears to the right within the same window
• double click on the row the tag appears on and a new window will appear with the tag information in it.

Multiple Results Page Navigation

Where there are more results than can fit on a page, they will be broken up over multiple pages.

There is the option to navigate to the next page or chose a particular set of results.
